How to check NTP Synchronization ?

# ntpq -rl | grep -i reftime

If the "reftime" shows some Hexadecimal value then it is in synchronization with the NTP server. Rather if it shows a zero value then the NTP is not in syncronization.

Same could be found with the /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log and look for synchronization.
